Children aged 5-11 are educated at Scotter Primary School,contactable on 01724 762259. A school bus service is provided.
There is a choice of secondary education. Students may elect to attend secondary school in Gainsborough (Queen Elizabeth’s High School or The Trent Valley Academy) or Kirton in Lindsey, Huntcliff School (11-16). School transport is provided to each school.
Post–16 education is provided at Queen Elizabeth’s High School, the Gainsborough College (a campus of Lincoln College), Acland Street, Gainsborough, contactable on 01427 617471, North Lindsey College, Kingsway, Scunthorpe or John Leggott 6th Form College, Scunthorpe.
